Thyme Care Communications Consent

By agreeing to receive health information via SMS (such as by replying Y to a text message linking to this Consent) and/or email, or requesting for us to send you text messages and/or email communications, you authorize us (which includes for the purposes of this Consent, Thyme Care and its agents, representatives, and service providers) to initiate automated text messages and/or emails to the mobile telephone number and/or email address, as applicable, that you have provided to us, including messages relating to your health, health plan, eligibility, health conditions, diagnoses, treatment, appointments, labs, billing, and programs, benefits or services that may be of interest to you. Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You understand that text messages and email communications have inherent privacy risks, including that unencrypted text messages and email communications are not secure and could be accessed by an unauthorized party, intercepted, or altered without your knowledge or authorization.

You represent that you have the authority to agree to receive text messages or email communications on the telephone number or email address that you provided to us, or from which you sent a request to us. You agree to notify of us regarding any changes to your telephone number or email address. Message frequency depends upon your activity. You understand that messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply and you are responsible for any such charges. Text messaging is not available in all areas. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported. Neither Thyme Care, nor our affiliates, agents, representatives or service providers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years old. To stop receiving text messages from us at any time, you can opt out of the service by texting STOP in a reply text message to any of the text messages you have received from us. To stop receiving emails from us, you can opt out of certain messages by unsubscribing. In response, you may receive a one-time opt out confirmation text message. Please note that should you choose to opt out, you may experience an impact in your experience with the service(s) that rely on communications via text messaging and/or email communications. Please note that you may continue to receive certain time-sensitive messages that do not require your consent (such as emergency notifications) even after opting out or unsubscribing. If you choose to, you are able to re-enroll at any time.
