About Thyme Care Now

Thyme Care Now provides personalized oncology care support to help you navigate your cancer journey with confidence. Using the services, you may seek individualized consultation, general education, guidance, care coordination support, and referrals to appropriate resources.

Thyme Care Now is not a substitute for emergency care or ongoing medical treatment. It does not replace the care you receive from your doctor or healthcare team.

Who You’ll Work With

Thyme Care Now services are delivered by trained professionals who may include licensed physicians, nurses, social workers, or other qualified health and wellness specialists.

While some team members hold clinical licenses, services are limited to education, support, care navigation, and general guidance. Thyme Care Now does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or clinical decision-making.

Our team will help determine whether your questions are appropriate for this type of support and may guide you to other care options when needed.

Eligibility

Available to Texas residents over the age of 18.

What’s Not Included

Thyme Care Now does not provide:

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Prescriptions or medication management
  • Emergency care
  • In-person clinical services

Emergency Notice

Do not use Thyme Care Now if you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency.

If you need urgent care, please do one of the following:

  • Call 9-1-1

  • Go to the nearest emergency room

  • Contact your local crisis center

  • Call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (or 1-800-273-8255)

  • Text HOME to 741-741 (Crisis Text Line)

Membership & Billing Terms

Subscription Overview

  • Membership is offered on a monthly subscription basis at a (e.g. $199/month), billed automatically to your selected payment method.

  • Subscription details, including pricing and billing cadence, will be clearly displayed at checkout or in your account.

Who Can Use the Service

Each membership is intended for one individual user unless otherwise specified.

Insurance & Reimbursement

Thyme Care Now is a cash-pay service and is not billed to insurance.

We cannot guarantee eligibility for reimbursement through insurance, HSA/FSA, or other programs.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Thyme Care Now membership at any time by providing written notice to cancel@thymecare.com. Cancellations will be deemed effective as of the last day of the month in which they were received.
