Our platform enables efficient communication and data collection with members, empowering them to surface needs through validated assessments, ePROs, HRSN/SDOH screenings, and more.
Based on the information provided in ePROs and intelligent oncology analytics to improve cancer care, our oncology team is automatically triggered to take action for a member.
Thyme Care’s evidence-based support playbooks leverages data-driven analytics to improve cancer care by guiding the Care Team in delivering structured interventions that enhance patient outcomes and experience.
