How much does Thyme Care cost?
Thyme Care offers additional cancer support to eligible health plan members. Our Nurses, Social Workers, and Community Health Workers support you at no additional cost. Any visits with Thyme Care providers are covered like other in-network primary care visits under your plan. You may have standard plan costs for medical services (like lab work or specialty care) ordered during your visits. Working with Thyme Care does not change your medical coverage.
To check if your health plan is covered or to talk through costs, you can call Thyme Care at 844-871-0316 (TTY: 711). Enrollment hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–8 pm ET.
Does Thyme Care replace my other doctors?
No, Thyme Care does not replace your existing doctors and specialists. Instead, we coordinate with them and advocate for your wants and needs.
Can my caregiver, family, or loved ones contact Thyme Care on my behalf?
Yes, Thyme Care is here for you and your caregivers to help make sure you get the support you need. With your consent, our Care Team may share information with family, caregivers, doctors, or other health care professionals to arrange care. You can review our Privacy Policy here.
