Who can become a Thyme Care member?

We work with people who have cancer or are concerned about cancer and are members of the Humana health plan. You can sign up online or call us at 201-526-8484 or toll-free at 1-833-849-6300. 

 

 

How much does Thyme Care cost?

Thyme Care is available as part of your Humana plan at no additional cost for extra cancer support. No insurance reimbursement is needed for Thyme Care’s services. Your medical plan, costs, and coverage are not affected by participation in Thyme Care.

 

 

Does Thyme Care replace my other doctors?

No, Thyme Care does not replace your existing doctors and specialists. Instead, we coordinate with them and advocate for your wants and needs. 

 

 

Can my caregiver, family, or loved ones contact Thyme Care on my behalf?

Yes, Thyme Care is here for you and your caregivers to make sure you get the support you need. With your consent, our Care Team may share information with family, caregivers, doctors, or other providers in order to arrange care. You can review our Privacy Policy here.
