Cancer-trained Nurses are available day and night to answer questions about symptoms and treatment side effects.

Our Social Workers are here to help with stress, anxiety, and the emotional side of the cancer journey.

Get connected to the support and services you need including financial help, transportation, in-home care, or food assistance.
Maintain independence
Get resources that help you stay active and safe. The right equipment could be a cane, walker, or rollator.

Who can join Thyme Care?
We work with individuals who have cancer or a concern for cancer and are members of select West Cancer Center health plan partners. Check your eligibility online or call us at 901-410-0813 (TTY: 711). Enrollment hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–8 pm ET.
How much does Thyme Care cost?
Thyme Care services are available to patients at this practice who have eligible health plans. If you are eligible, support from Thyme Care Nurses and Social Workers is provided at no cost to you.
Some medical services may be billed to your health plan, like other primary care or specialist visits. Your costs for those services depend on your plan. We can review and confirm any costs with you before you enroll or before any visits. Taking part in Thyme Care does not change your health plan benefits.

Does Thyme Care replace my other doctors?
No, Thyme Care does not replace your existing doctors and specialists. Instead, we coordinate directly with your West Cancer Center team.
Can my caregiver, family, or loved ones contact Thyme Care on my behalf?
Yes, Thyme Care is here for you and your caregivers to help make sure you get the support you need. With your consent, our Care Team may share information with family, caregivers, doctors, or other health care professionals to arrange care. You can review our Privacy Policy here.
