This policy was last updated on January 1, 2025. 

Employees may choose to use their personal mobile phone numbers in our secure Twilio staging/testing environments for the purpose of validating communication systems and features. All test messages will be sent through staging environments only, with access restricted to authorized Thyme Care employees conducting the testing. 

By adding their phone number to our systems, employees acknowledge that:

  • Your personal mobile number will be used for testing in our secure staging environments
  • Test messages may be sent at any time 
  • Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply
  • Only authorized Thyme Care employees will conduct these tests
  • This testing is separate from production environment messaging

Opt-Out Process: If you wish to opt out of staging environment testing, please:

  1. Email the engineering team at engineering@thymecare.com
  2. Include "SMS Test Opt-Out" in the subject line 
  3. Provide your name and the phone number to be removed

Or respond “STOP” directly to the SMS message.
