What to expect from a visit:

A visit with your Enhanced Supportive Care team is a little different from a regular doctor’s visit. We slow things down and focus on what matters most to you. You can ask questions, share concerns, or just talk about how you’re feeling.

We may talk about:
  • Symptoms like pain, tiredness, or nausea
  • How you’re feeling in your body and your mind
  • What’s happening with your care
  • Decisions you may need to make
  • Planning ahead for the kind of care you want in the future

Our goal is to help you feel better, more prepared, and more supported. You’re welcome to invite a loved one to join. Visits happen by phone or video, so you can talk to us from home.

Meet the team that’s here for you.
