Who can become a Thyme Care member?

We work with people who have cancer or are concerned about cancer and are Aetna members. You can sign up online or call us at 201-526-8484 or toll-free at 1-833-849-6300. 

Enrollment hours: 8 am - 11 pm EST

Clinical support hours: 24/7

 

How much does Thyme Care cost?

Thyme Care offers additional cancer support to eligible Aetna members. Our Registered Nurses and Community Health Workers support you at no additional cost. Any visits with Thyme Care providers are covered like other in-network primary care visits under your plan. You may have standard plan costs for medical services (like lab work or specialty care) ordered during your visits. Working with Thyme Care does not change your medical coverage.

 

 

Does Thyme Care replace my other doctors?

No, Thyme Care does not replace your existing doctors and specialists. Instead, we coordinate with them and advocate for your wants and needs.

Can my caregiver, family, or loved ones contact Thyme Care on my behalf?

Yes, Thyme Care is here for you and your caregivers to make sure you get the support you need. With your consent, our Care Team may share information with family, caregivers, doctors, or other providers to arrange care. You can review our Privacy Policy here.
