Thyme Care services are at no cost to eligible individuals with a CareFirst health plan. Your medical plan, costs, and coverage are not affected by participation in Thyme Care.

No, Thyme Care does not replace your existing doctors and specialists. Instead, we collaborate with your doctors and advocate for your unique care needs and wants.

Yes, Thyme Care is here for you and your caregivers to make sure you get the support you need. With your consent, our Care Team may share information with family, caregivers, doctors, or other providers in order to arrange care. You can review our Privacy Policy here.

Thyme Care's team and web app, Thyme Care Connect, offer a wide range of support to help you navigate essential areas like food, transportation, financial assistance, and more. We connect you with local resources that may be hard to find on your own. Each community program may have its own requirements and potential fees, but our team will guide you through the process. We'll work closely with you to understand your unique needs and ensure we're identifying the best resources for your situation. Our goal is to make sure you receive the support you need as seamlessly as possible.
