Patient Assistance Program
At Thyme Care, we want you to get the care you need without added financial stress. Our Patient Assistance Program helps members who need help paying for Thyme Care Medical visits. Some or all of your costs may be covered.
What this program covers
- Copays (the set amount you pay at each visit)
- Deductibles (what you must pay before insurance helps)
- Coinsurance (your share of costs after your deductible)
- Costs associated with Thyme Care Medical visits, like:
- Urgent care visits
- Enhanced Supportive Care services
- Other care from Thyme Care Medical


Who can apply
You may be eligible to apply for the Patient Assistance Program if:
- You are a Thyme Care member receiving care from Thyme Care Medical; and
- Your gross household income is at or below 200% of the applicable Federal Poverty Level (FPL) for the current year.
How to apply
Step 1: Get your papers ready
You'll need to show us at least one of these:
- Recent pay stubs (from the last 2 months)
- Last year's tax form
- Proof of help from the government (like Medicaid, SNAP, SSI)
- Bank statements

Step 3: If you downloaded the form complete this final step

The Patient Assistance Program is open to all Thyme Care members who qualify, no matter their background, race, age, disability (mental or physical), genetic information, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, health, veteran status or where they come from.
